Misto Holdings is a South Korean brand holding company. Its Acushnet golf business, which includes Titleist and FootJoy, made 81.4% of its 2025 revenue; its Misto segment, which includes FILA, made 18.6%.
Misto Holdings Corporation was established in 1991 as FILA Korea Ltd and took its present name in 2025. It had about 8,500 employees (1,155 in the Misto entities and about 7,300 at Acushnet) and KRW 4.47 trillion revenue in 2025.

Misto's reported footprint was 18,227 tCO2e in 2025, down from 21,138 t in 2024, but it excludes Acushnet, so the figures cover under a fifth of group revenue and the size deduction for an incomplete footprint (0.70x) applies. For purchased goods, its Scope 3 of 14,893 t counts only finished-product manufacturing at 28 suppliers, not fabric or materials. No renewable electricity share is published. Its only climate target is self-set: an absolute 21% cut in Scope 1 and 2 by 2030 against 2024, with no SBTi target. Several 2022-2024 figures were restated for a 'prior misstatement'. No regulator finding was found; Baptist World Aid scored it 16/100 in 2024.
